What a Route Review buyer receives

A Route Review is a written feasibility check, not a reservation service. The buyer sends a draft route; we return risks, fixes, and action notes before they book providers directly.

Sample output

Example: 5-day Jeju roadtrip with a risky lodging base

Verdict: possible after changes. Hold payment to providers until the first night base, rental pickup, parking searches, and return-day timing are cleaned up.

Before

Day 1 had airport pickup, Hamdeok, Seongsan, a remote east-side lodging base, and grocery shopping after a long-haul flight. No Korean parking keywords were saved.

After

Day 1 becomes pickup, rental photos, Hi-pass question, nearby lodging, and app setup. East Jeju moves to Day 2 after the driver is rested.

Scope

What this sample review covers

Package fit

Extended review: 5 travel days, two lodging bases, rental pickup/return, and enough stop density to need day-by-day edits.

Inputs reviewed

Draft day order, airport arrival time, planned lodging areas, rental status, must-see stops, and the buyer's concern about long drives.

Output style

A verdict, specific day edits, Korean map/payment checks, and a short list of questions to answer before paying providers.

Feasibility memo

Sample review notes

Day 1: arrival and rental pickupHigh friction as written.

Do not combine airport pickup, first Korean drive, groceries, a beach stop, and a remote check-in after a long flight. Keep Jeju City or Hamdeok lodging as the first night. Before leaving the rental lot, photograph the car, ask about Hi-pass, save the return branch in Korean, and test Naver/Kakao.

Day 2: Seongsan and SeopjikojiGood anchor day after rest.

Keep Seongsan as the day anchor. Search 성산일출봉 주차장 and 섭지코지 주차장 before driving, then choose Udo ferry only if the morning is clean and the driver still has energy. If Udo goes in, remove one smaller east-coast stop instead of stacking both.

Day 3: south loop and lodging resetPossible only after lodging and parking confirmation.

Move the lodging reset before dinner. Ask whether late check-in is possible, whether parking is on site or nearby, whether foreign card/cash is accepted on site, and whether the address opens correctly in Naver/Kakao. Do not make Seogwipo market, two waterfalls, and a long check-in all compete for the same evening.

Day 5: west loop or returnDo not overpack the return day.

Choose Hyeopjae/Geumneung plus Aewol as the west-side version, or keep the day as a clean airport return. Save 제주공항 렌터카 반납 and the gas/charging stop in Korean the night before. Do not add Hallasan on a flight day.

Action checklist

What the buyer should verify before paying

Rental and maps

  • Physical IDP, original home license, passport/ARC, and driver-name credit card accepted by the rental company.
  • Insurance coverage, deductible, deposit, fuel/charge policy, and Hi-pass status confirmed.
  • Return branch, first lodging, and every parking lot saved in Korean on Naver/Kakao.

Lodging and payment

  • Foreign reservation and check-in path without Korean phone identity verification.
  • Late check-in, cancellation terms, and parking confirmed for the selected date.
  • Foreign card, on-site payment, or cash path confirmed before relying on the night.

Route edits

  • Move east Jeju from arrival day to Day 2.
  • Use Seogwipo market as the dinner anchor, not an extra task after every south-side stop.
  • Protect return timing before adding one more beach, cafe, or mountain stop.
