Disclaimer, privacy, and terms
Conservative launch terms for a digital travel information product. Payment remains disabled until checkout, buyer access, support, and refund handling are configured.
Lead information
The MVP collects only the information travelers submit through forms, such as email, country, travel month, region interest, and route notes. Form submissions are stored for manual follow-up during beta.
Travelers book directly
Travelers are responsible for verifying rules, availability, prices, insurance, license eligibility, and booking conditions with each provider before purchase or travel.
Digital product policy
Roadtrip Pass refund requests should be accepted before access is delivered, for duplicate purchases, or when access cannot be provided after reasonable troubleshooting. Route Review refund requests should be accepted before review work starts.
Support channel required before payment
A working support email must be published at checkout before collecting payment. Until then, use the contact form for beta messages and do not promise real-time travel, emergency, booking, or provider-communication support.
One clarification reply
Route Review includes one written feasibility review and one short clarification reply if a note is unclear. It does not include repeated itinerary rewrites, reservations, calls, provider messages, live travel support, or emergency help.
